The Armadillo Armor 3.0 Vest is designed to look and fit right. Input from our bull riding advisors resulted in a vest that lets you ride at your best and protect you when needed. The Ultra-lite superior protection retains the same feel regardless of weather - hot or cold it fits and feels the same. All vests include two-color embroidered CLG Armadillo Armor logo. Spectra Sheild ballistic material comes standard on all vests. Adjustable at shoulders and at sides for unrestricted fit and feel. 3 1/2" wide neck to tailbone solid plastic strip for extra spine protection - the only brand to feature this. Convenient pockets and back tabs for mouthguards and numbers. All Models availble in S-M-L.

The design, cut and feel of the Armadillo Armor 3.0 Vest with the back panel straight cut on the bottom to allow the rider to lean back without the tail of the vest restricting their movement. In addition we have adjusted the thickness to allow optimum conformation to the rider's body. Spectra-Sheild is standard. This modified vest provides excellant light weight protection. Available in S-M-L.

We carry the 640 and 643 sizes M-L in stock, for other styles and sizes allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. XL and XXL adult sizes add $25. All adult sizes available in Bareback style.

PRO-TECH VEST SPECS
Made with ConforTM Foam; one of the most impact absorption materials available. Basically, “the harder you hit it, the better it works.” It provides protection that exceeds industry standards (even at 100° F).
 
ConforTM protective foam has consistently tested “Best Protective Material” for over 5 years! Independent 3rd party tests in 2001 proved again– Best Overall Vest by a wide margin.
 
Every PRO-TECH vest confirms to each contestants unique body shape. Foam recovery from impact is gradual but complete. Open-celled foam is breathable and non-irritating, helping dissipate moisture and perspiration away from the body. Available in adult sizes SM-XL, see adult vest size chart for best fit. HOW MUCH PROTECTION DO YOU REALLY HAVE?
 
Since the beginning of protective vests for rough stock in the mid 90s; CLG Pro has been a leader in producing vests with the highest levels of protection possible. In addition, CLG is one of the few manufacturers to submit our vests for 3rd party testing. (At this time, there are still several brands that have never been tested or certified!)
 
For the record, NO vest protective material tested provides more protection than  CLG Pro "conform" material. Several do not even come close to the minimum acceptable standards.*
 
From the very beginning, CLG Pro vests have been certified at the highest level of protection. Over the last 5 years consumer interest in vest certification has declined significantly. As a result, CLG now tests all protective materials to assure that our vests equal (or in most cases) EXCEED the minimum standards for our products even though we do not receive certification.
 
To this day, NOTHING on the market tests even close to the CLG Pro "conform" protective material used in our 638, 639 and 645 vests.
 
*Based on regular tests conducted by independent 3rd party testing laboratories. Summer 2001 tests of five major vest brands purchased from dealers and sent directly to the lab confirm these results.

We’ve adapted it to Bareback and Saddle Bronc riding by cutting the back panel square across and reducing the amount of protective padding.
